1 Introduction & Definitions
Jilievob (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between jilievob and its users.

- Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
- Jilievob may request a National ID or passport at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
If we find evidence that anyone under the age of 18 is using jilievob, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Registration Process
During registration, you will need to create a strong password of at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special characters. After registering, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number to complete verification.
3 Account Management
The security of your jilievob account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:
- Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Keep your account information up to date at all times. Contact support if you need to make any changes.
- Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Jilievob reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly where a violation of these Terms and Conditions has been established.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
- Minimum Deposit Amount ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
- Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
- The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing through a third party or using another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- Jilievob reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for verification purposes.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold until account verification is complete.
jilievob charges no hidden fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond jilievob's control.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Jilievob regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:
- Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only, once per person.
- If the same person attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirements.
- Jilievob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Jilievob reserves the right to void bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
Each voucher code has its own validity period and conditions. Expired voucher codes will not be accepted.
6 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jilievob:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jilievob explicitly permits it.
- If an event is cancelled or its result remains uncertain, jilievob reserves the right to refund or void the bet.
- Jilievob reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Coordinating bets across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
- Odds may change during live betting due to internet latency. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation will be the ones that apply.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilievob. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Fraud, hacking, or system manipulation through the use of software.
- Exploiting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior on the platform.
8 Privacy & Security
Jilievob treats the protection of users' personal information as its top priority. Under our privacy policy:

- Information may be shared with authorities to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

10 Account Closure

12 Changes to Terms

- Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
